Placing an Order:
Orders may be placed via Phone, Fax or through a local retailer.
Method of Payment:

We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Orders placed via Credit Card that can be filled from inventory are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. You may also pay by check or money order in U.S. funds (drawn on a U.S. bank). Orders paid by check will be held until the check clears the bank (usually 2-4 business days).
Shine Designs accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by the purchaser as a consequence of any delay in delivery. Currently, we ship to the USA, Puerto Rico and Canada. Orders to Canada ship via UPS Standard (if available) and ship times vary from 2-5 days depending on location. The customer is responsible for Brokerage Fees in addition to standard shipping charges.
Normal method of shipment is UPS Ground.
We attempt to stock all items listed in our catalog, online, or advertisements. However, some items may be out of stock at the time an order is placed. Most back orders are filled within 1-2 weeks or less and you are only billed for the items that are shipped.
You may return unused items within 30 days of receipt of goods for refund or credit. If the items are damaged, defective, or something you did not order, we will replace or refund the items. (No credit for shipping charges on exchanges.) Call customer service at 800-732-3144 to obtain an RA# for return shipments. This RA# must appear on the outside of the package being returned. Please include a copy of the invoice and/or packing slip and reason for the return.
We cannot accept any package that does not have the RA# clearly marked on the outside of box.
Please allow 3-5 business days for credits.
Missing an item?
Check the packing slip included with your shipment and note the number of items in the "Shipped" column and "Backorder" column. Not all items may be in stock at time of delivery and may be on backorder. If an item is missing, contact us and we'll send you a replacement.
